containing materials of local and regional interest. In most cases,
materials from these collections may be used in the Library only.

Duluth's past and present
is documented through the materials contained in this collection.
A wide range of Duluth-related subjects are covered, including
general history, architecture, schools, churches, business and

Books written by or about Duluthians are also found in the Duluth
Collection.
The Minnesota

given to St. Louis County, Northeastern Minnesota and Lake Superior.
Works by many Minnesota

The Duluth and Minnesota Collections are supplemented by library
clipping files, local & regional newspapers and magazines,
a slide collection, and the industry scrapbook collection. While
