Meeting Rooms
The Duluth Public Library has
three meeting rooms and a computer lab which may be rented:
Green Room - capacity 100 chairs
Gold Room - capacity 45 chairs
Conference Room - capacity 12 chairs, large round table in middle
Computer Lab - capacity 10 computers, 2 chairs at each station
The Library Plaza is rented on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Library Manager.
To rent a meeting room, call the
Business Office (218-730-4200/option 7) or the Community Services
Office (218-730-4236). Click for rental fees.
Rental Information
Meetings sponsored by City of Duluth departments are free of charge;
all other groups (including nonprofit organizations)
must pay the rental fees unless special arrangements are made
with the Library Manager. Rental fees have been approved by the
Duluth City Council.
Meetings may not last beyond the Library's closing time. We encourage groups to end their meetings at least 15 minutes before closing so that everyone is out of the building on time. Meetings in the Conference Room may not last beyond 5:00 p.m.
Meeting rooms are not rented on Saturdays.
