Jack Pearson

Tuesday, July 1

Winner of multiple Parents’ Choice awards, storyteller/musician Jack Pearson will wow the audience with his tunes and tales as he plays on all types of instruments. You’ll hear guitar, fiddle, 5-string banjo, mandolin, jaw harp, and an assortment of small percussion instruments including his one-and-only amplified toy box lid! A great show that’s appropriate for the entire family!

Alex Clark

Important Information for Adults

  • Free, fun, educational & entertaining programs for children are held outdoors on the Main Library Plaza, rain or shine.

  • Each program lasts about 45 minutes.

  • Arrive early to park & find a seat.

  • Bring a blanket to sit closer to the stage. Chairs are available. Strollers have special parking - see a volunteer when you arrive.

  • An adult should accompany kids under eight.

  • Groups of 50 or more should arrive at least a half hour early.

  • Sign language interpretation will be provided for all of the afternoon performances.

  • Promotional photos will be taken at the programs. Please talk to program staff if you do not wish your child to be photographed. For more information, call 730-4200/option 4.
